Book Review

By: Dr. Tony V. Lewis

Dr. Tony V. Lewis opens our hearts and minds to the endless possibilities of the Word of God and presents a thought-provoking message of transparency.  Word Potential is a kingdom jewel every born again believer should own as part of their ministry library.  The potential of our words shape the world in which we live.  Dr. Lewis shows us the difference between talking and speaking.  The old saying is true; it is not what we say – it is how we say it.  One of the reasons some received the Word of God in Christ is because some heard Him talking, while others discerned Him speaking.  We aren’t talking spirits; we are speaking spirits.  God didn’t talk and there was light.  God spoke and there was light.  God didn’t talk about day and night.  God spoke, and there was day and night.  Those who speak produce, and those who talk consume.

Book Review

By: Bob Hostetler

Every human heart longs to love and be loved. And every heart is unfulfilled until it falls in love with God.

Why does anyone want to “fall in love?” With anyone? Perhaps it is because we instinctively recognize that love is the most pleasurable of all human sensations. Love makes us feel good. It satisfies our deepest needs. And if falling in love with another human being can do all of those things . . . how much more powerful could it be to fall in love with God?

Falling in Love With God answers that question. Drawing from the ancient love story of Hosea, a prophet whose life and prophecy map how to fall in love with God, this book will fulfill the desires of all who long for a different–or deeper–relationship with God. This thoroughly biblical book will help and bless readers who long to love God with all their hearts. . . but just aren’t sure why they don’t, if they could, or how it happens.

Grace is Greater

By: Kyle Idleman

“By the end of this book you will see grace in a new light; you will see your loving God in a new light. Read it and be encouraged.”–Max Lucado, author of GRACE and In the Grip of Grace

No sin is so great, no bitterness so deep that God’s grace cannot transform the heart and rewrite the story. But grace is so hard for us to understand.

It doesn’t make sense.
It’s not fair.
It can’t possibly cover over what I’ve done.

Perhaps nothing is as difficult to explain as God’s grace. The best way–perhaps the only real way–to understand it is to experience it.

In Grace Is Greater, bestselling author and pastor Kyle Idleman leads us past our hang-ups toward an understanding of grace that is bigger than our mistakes, our failures, our desire for revenge, and our seemingly impossible situations. Through powerful stories of grace experienced, this book will help you truly grasp God’s grace . . . even if the Christians around you have failed to live it.

“Grace is my favorite topic, and Kyle Idleman’s new book breathes fresh life into it through engaging stories and winsome insights. Nothing is greater than grace. Celebrate it, live it, share it!”–Lee Strobel, award-winning author of The Case for Grace

Kyle Idleman is teaching pastor at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky, the fifth largest church in America, where he speaks to more than twenty thousand people each weekend. He is the bestselling and award-winning author of Not a Fan, as well as Gods at War and The End of Me. He is a frequent speaker for national conventions and influential churches across the country. Kyle and his wife, DesiRae, have four children and live on a farm.
